From Wikipen

You can contribute using anonymous IP, using nickname, or using your real name (as well as you want).

To contribute with a nickname or real name, you must create an account (by clicking top-right corner of this page).

Creating an account provides a lots of advantages :

1. You can save preferences and tune the displaying of Wikipen.
2. You can see your username in recent changes page for each of your wikipen update (instead of anonymous IP as well)...
3. You can log on Wikipen from another computer (keeping in mind your username and password).

Creating an username

Click on Create an account or log in (top-right corner of this page), then fill mandatory fields (name, password). You must commit (subscribe) by clicking on Create an a account button.

You can fill e-mail field wich provides a different way for others users to contact you.

Two sames usernames can't be created. If username you want (ie. 'Ryo') is already used, you must choose another one.

All words are permitted (except really bad ones which can disturb the community. In this case, an administrator will ask you to change). You can use your real name as well as you want.

You can choose your real name for username, and sign your contributions with a nick name.

Please see preferences, you can fill a Nickname wich appears on page when signing with ~~~~. Please avoid choosing nickname close to another editor's nickname. It will be hard to know who's who :)

Each of your contributions are saved in history. Texts are never signed, as well as each text is a collaborative text.

If you already have an account and if you want to change your username, please report it to an administrator.
